Fry the above vegetables for 5 to 10 mins, add Cumin pepper and a little salt Add Tofu and light fry t along with the vegetables. Take 200 to 250m1 of water and add 3 spoons of corn flour and two spoons of soya sauce, stir well. Add this to the vegetables and tofu. Keep stirring for a few minutes till the preparation becomes thick and gravy like. Add a bit of tomato sauce to taste. Sprinkle a pinch of ajinamoto and stir. Serve along with fried rice, noodles.
